Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to engage potential clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a BDR role, preferably in software or financial services
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries is a plus
