Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer for the Engine Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve core inference services, focusing on networking, speech processing, and optimization
• Develop processes to measure and optimize system performance
• Debug complex system issues and customize backend services for customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an industry role
• Programming experience in Rust (or C, C++), with competence in Python
• High level of experience with version control, preferably git
• Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems
