Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Middle Office - Bank Loan Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers portfolio transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy while guiding less experienced staff
• Acts as a liaison to collect, analyze, and communicate information impacting accounts, managing client queries to resolution
• Oversees daily bank loan settlements and loan administration activities, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience within Investment Management or the financial services industry preferred
• Familiarity with Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and bank loan administration preferred
• Strong technical skills related to systems and processes, such as Excel Power query or SQL
