A company is looking for a Sales Training Program participant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in an eight-week training program focused on ticket sales
• Attend weekly virtual training sessions led by MLB Ticketing Department members and sales executives
• Be placed in the hiring pipeline for entry-level sales positions with MLB and MiLB clubs

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate from a four-year college, community college, or trade school
• Desire to work in sports with a focus on sales
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing remote communications
• Intrinsic motivation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to attend weekly virtual sessions via Zoom
