Job Summary

A company is looking for a Beneficiary Content Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, edit, and update written content for beneficiary communications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear and accessible beneficiary content
• Ensure compliance with SSA guidelines and Section 508 accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6-8 years of related experience
• Experience in writing, editing, and designing content for public or customer audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and experience creating accessible content
• Strong organizational and time management skills
