A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations that meet client expectations
- Participates in process improvement initiatives and contributes to departmental training materials
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning skills and processes of the role
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
