A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes accurately and timely
- Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations meeting client expectations
- Participates in client meetings and audits, providing guidance on benefit configuration testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience: Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning role-specific skills
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
