Key Responsibilities
- Monitor eligibility and compliance with benefit plan provisions and government requirements
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management regarding benefit programs
- Compile, analyze, and report benefit data for strategic planning and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Required)
- Experience in drafting legal compliance documentation (SPDs, SARs)
- Knowledge of benefit trends and regulatory requirements
- Experience in data analysis and reporting for compliance activities
