Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administers leave programs and serves as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding eligibility and coverage
• Acts as the point of contact for escalations related to leave and disability cases
• Verifies timekeeping reporting and prepares invoicing to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred: Certified Benefits Professional (CPB) certification
• Less than one year of experience in an HR department or as a benefits assistant
• Basic knowledge of retirement plans and health insurance options
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
