A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Administers leave programs and serves as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding eligibility and coverage
- Acts as the point of contact for escalations related to leave and disability cases
- Verifies timekeeping reporting and prepares invoicing to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Preferred: Certified Benefits Professional (CPB) certification
- Less than one year of experience in an HR department or as a benefits assistant
- Basic knowledge of retirement plans and health insurance options
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
