Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with 15+ years in Information Technology within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Salesforce application projects, active PMP or CSM certifications, and proven expertise leading large cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. This hybrid role (Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ) requires strong skills in Agile methodologies, project delivery, vendor management, and financial services technology. You will be responsible for driving application development and technology upgrade projects, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure successful Agile delivery. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Contract-to-hire with potential full-time conversion after 6 months. Visa sponsorship is not available.

A minimum of three to five (3-5) years professional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Project Management experience including project Initiation, Planning, Tracking, Delivery and Closure

Project management certification preferred

Experience in Agile Development, with Scrum Master (or similar) experience; Scrum Master certification preferred

Bachelor's or master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience in managing large cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones

Experience with projects relating to Salesforce Application

Experience with third-party vendors a plus

Experience with HP PPM, Jira, or other project management tools

Previous financial corporation experience a plus
