Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (remote) for the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming calls from members requesting road service, gathering necessary information for timely assistance
- Provide detailed information about AAA road service products and services, ensuring member satisfaction and promoting membership sales
- Track estimated time of arrivals and resolve service call issues, acting as the interface between Dispatch and members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience required; Call Center experience preferred
- If bilingual, must pass a translation assessment during pre-hire screening
- Must reside within the AAA Northeast service area (RI, MA, CT, NY & NJ)
- Ability to operate relevant software applications and navigate maps
