Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED completed at the time of application submission
- One year of customer service experience, including call center, hospitality, or retail
- Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read and translate between the two languages
- Willingness to work in a 100% phone-based customer interaction environment
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
