Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to handle patient calls in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
• Address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency is required
• Strong computer skills with basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Some knowledge of insurance billing is preferred; full training will be provided
• Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
