A company is looking for a Consumer Analyst - Bilingual/Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage translation project workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of translated content
• Review and assess the accuracy of Spanish translations and provide corrective feedback to vendors
• Assist in developing training for bank employees on language access tools and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Native or fluent proficiency in professional written and spoken Spanish and strong command of English
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for linguistic discrepancies
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Understanding of financial products and services
