Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Speaking Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer member calls and provide accurate information and assistance
• Utilize the AAA sales model to cross-sell credit union products and services
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6 to 12 months of customer service experience; financial service or call center experience preferred
• High school graduate or GED required
• Ability to use a laptop, headset, and multiple monitors
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute; 10-Key experience preferred
