Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and resolve inquiries using multiple resources
- Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes after completing a structured training program
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1+ year of work experience required
- Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish, with a focus on customer service
- Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
