Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Spanish/English language proficiency is required
  • 1 - 2 years of previous call center/customer service experience required
  • Ability to actively listen and provide thoughtful solutions to customer concerns
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
