Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding claims inquiries, providing clear and empathetic support
- Apply knowledge of the claims process to resolve customer questions accurately
- Record detailed notes of all customer interactions in the processing database
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Spanish/English language proficiency is required
- 1 - 2 years of previous call center/customer service experience required
- Ability to actively listen and provide thoughtful solutions to customer concerns
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
