A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and procedures for handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- Experience with CRM systems and/or Medicaid services is a plus
