Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
  • Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of company systems and procedures for handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
  • High school graduate or equivalent education
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or Medicaid services is a plus
