Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Complete internal orders for fulfillment through various vendor sites
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for customer engagement
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain ongoing accounts

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and adapt to new technology
