Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent Spanish/English Bilingual for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level customer service solutions through inbound calls
• Document customer interactions accurately using provided tools
• Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and computer literacy
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
