Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and tailor communications to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless patient experiences and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of the managed care industry (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred)
