A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through various communication channels to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Exceed sales targets by building relationships and applying effective sales techniques
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to policy issuance

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of homeowners insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure in the state of residence
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
