Bilingual Mandarin Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers and restaurants
• Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
• Facilitate correspondence between the restaurant and customers and perform minor troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
• Call center experience is a plus
• Food industry experience is a plus
