Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers and restaurants
- Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
- Facilitate correspondence between the restaurant and customers and perform minor troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Call center experience is a plus
- Food industry experience is a plus
