A company is looking for a Phone Survey Representative (Bilingual and Non-Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct healthcare telephone surveys by reading scripts verbatim
• Accurately code responses and enter verbatim comments
• Assist with other data entry projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Personable with a good phone presence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual candidates must read and speak Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
