A company is looking for a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new recruiting strategies
• Manage a recruiting pipeline of candidates and conduct interviews

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
• Fluency in English and Spanish without the use of a translator
• Experience in high-volume recruiting
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Must provide own laptop and webcam, and have a quiet work environment
