A company is looking for a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in both English and Spanish regarding transportation services
- Meet or exceed productivity metrics including Average Handle Time and Customer Satisfaction
- Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' health information
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to sit for 8 hours or more a day while wearing a headset
- Secure, quiet workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts
