A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about potential partners and their business
- Set qualified meetings within the Ideal Customer Profile while following best practices
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ months of experience in a quota-carrying, outbound B2B SaaS sales position
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required
- Experience with outbound cold-calling
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
