Key Responsibilities

• Field investigative and verification calls to address potential fraud and escalate complex cases
• Process pending credit applications and contribute to new fraud claims intake using various software applications
• Maintain knowledge of fraud trends and policies while meeting operational goals and participating in skill-enhancing sessions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of experience in Account Protection or Fraud
• Bilingual in Spanish, with a requirement to pass a verbal assessment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to attend a 5-week training program
