Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Scheduling, Admissions, and Wellness Caller (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming referrals and schedule clinical visits for patients
  • Handle outreach and inbound calls to enroll patients and coordinate visits
  • Prepare reports and communicate with payor clients regarding patient engagement


Required Qualifications
  • High School Education or GED, preferred but not required
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant scheduling experience
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Experience within a specific department area, preferred
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
