A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and following client-specific instructions
- Document customer interactions and verify/update customer information in the database
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys and follow up with customers as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate multiple web-based systems
- Must pass a background investigation and drug screen
