Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Based Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
- Provide essential information regarding access to care issues and benefits
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or health plan call center preferred
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
- High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
