Bilingual Tax Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Tax Software Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for tax/accounting software
• Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Log results in the ticketing system and escalate when needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Support required
• Must be Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Computer literate (PC, Microsoft Office)
• Familiarity with CCH Pro System fx and CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
