A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical support, product upgrades, maintenance, and diagnostics
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for industry-standard technology and stay updated on emerging trends
- Act as a liaison between Implementation, Client Services, Management, and Corporate Support to resolve challenges
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience is a plus
