Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Assistant to support accurate and efficient billing for providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process the bulk of all invoicing for providers
- Assist the billing manager and billing associates with organizational projects and tasks
- Interface with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume billing, data entry, or invoicing experience; court reporting or legal billing experience is a plus
- Proficient on Mac and PC; experience with Google Workspace and Slack preferred
- Organized and adaptable, capable of wearing multiple hats
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Desire to work with a fast-paced and growing tech start-up, with enthusiasm for growth opportunities
