Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Billing Coordinator to join their Systems Billing & Contract Administration team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients via phone and email
  • Maintain product licensing for clients
  • Enter data in various systems
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of billing administration or administrative experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • Exposure to an ERP platform, billing/invoicing software, or other software systems is strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented to meet deadlines
