Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via phone and email
- Maintain product licensing for clients
- Enter data in various systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of billing administration or administrative experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Exposure to an ERP platform, billing/invoicing software, or other software systems is strongly desired
- Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented to meet deadlines
