Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researches and enters missing information for medical claims processing
• Reviews denied claims and communicates issues to management
• Handles inbound and outbound calls to resolve client and patient issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in handling calls with clients or patients
• 1+ years of knowledge in healthcare and insurance billing
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM EST
