Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing disputes and discrepancies
• Conduct research and resolve customer billing issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary
• Assist in documenting and streamlining the order-to-cash processes for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, or a minor in business, accounting, or finance with relevant experience
• 3+ years of accounting experience in established middle-market companies
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting processes and procedures
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
