• 1+ years of experience in billing support
• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
