BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation for various projects
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support electronic information transfer methods
• Document, update, and maintain team-related processes, workflows, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a related field or Technical Certificate in Drafting; Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is a plus
• One year of experience as a BIM Specialist or Technician is a plus
• Experience with Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD) is a plus
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Knowledge of the AEC industry and design/construction processes is a plus
