BMS Senior Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BMS Senior Applications Engineer to provide expert-level application engineering and system support for BMS/EPMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of building automation system submittals and associated project documentation
• Review complex sequences of operations based on HVAC principles and provide feedback to the design team
• Perform validation testing of programming and interfaces, and mentor other team members

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with Automated Logic WebCTRL
• Thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems
• Able to interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints
• Proficient with Microsoft Visio and knowledgeable of third-party communication protocols
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and excellent time management skills
