• Collaborate with the demand planning team to analyse historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate demand forecasts
• Support in the development and maintenance of demand planning models and tools
• Assist in inventory management activities, including monitoring stock levels, analysing slow-moving inventory, and recommending optimisation strategies
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the demand and supply functions
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance communication and coordination between different departments
• Tracking of KPIs, such as service level and forecast bias

• Active or passive (under 25 years old), full-time student status
• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programme, majoring in business administration, supply chain management or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software applications 
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and take initiatives
•  25-30 hours of work per week for at least 1 year on a long-term basis
