Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brand Manager to lead new product development and innovation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline in collaboration with the Innovation team
- Translate consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas during the ideation and concept phase
- Lead execution of innovation projects by collaborating with R&D, finance, supply chain, and other business partners
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on brand management and innovation
- Experience in the beauty category, such as skincare, makeup, or haircare
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
