Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bridge Program Manager to oversee TxDOT bridge contracts throughout Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead TxDOT bridge projects and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and timely completion
• Supervise office staff and manage technical training and career development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited university
• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience working with TxDOT
• Technical background in structural bridge design or bridge inspection
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) certification
