Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analysis Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
- Monitor SLAs on Change Requests and report incidents/defects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in business, including analysis experience
- Basic proficiency with PC-based software programs (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility during normal business hours
