Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and internal resources to understand business requirements and align them with the SaaS platform features
• Analyze edge cases and engage with product owners to develop solutions and actionable user stories
• Perform user acceptance testing and secure approval for changes before product releases

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the power industry, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Experience in the Power industry, particularly on the Transmission side
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and flowcharting software like Visio
• Ability to work under pressure and meet changing timelines
• Experience in lean or agile methodologies is preferred
