Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Associate to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document comprehensive End-to-End Business Process flows to provide clear visual representations of operational workflows
• Identify and manage the scope of changes based on client requirements while assisting in defining project objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate with relevant business personnel to leverage analytics and AI, contributing to business analytics projects and creating training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in business process analysis and project management
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other healthcare verticals
• Familiarity with the end-to-end process of MITA modules is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
