Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to act as a liaison between program and IT teams, ensuring seamless workflow and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs between program and IT teams while supporting project life cycles
• Conduct complex analysis of program data to model performance and support operational improvements
• Manage program data through variance analysis and reconciliations, while tracking project progress and reporting status

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in an Analyst role
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• 1+ years of experience creating reports in Salesforce
• Experience in energy efficiency is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like XLOOKUP and Power Query
