Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Lead problem-solving efforts and assist with formulating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of data migration and Agile methodologies preferred
• Experience in a data-driven environment is a plus
