Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into solution requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with users to validate functionality
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides for new solutions
- Collaborate with project managers to build business cases, including cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- 7 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in the insurance industry
- 6 years of experience with insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including JIRA and Visio
- Experience working in large transformations utilizing AGILE Scrum methodology
