Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and user needs
• Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure adherence to requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in systems and processes while collaborating with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Strong background in customer service and claims analysis
• Experience in call center environments
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
